MEET DR. CONNOR
Dr. Connor believes that a true family-medicine physician is the patient’s advocate and that a good, healthy physician/patient relationship leads to more continuity in patient care and better outcomes. She has a passion for helping patients to connect their mind and body—a whole-health approach. Her goal is to assist her patients in any life stage, to help them to become better health care advocates for themselves, to learn to ask the right questions, and to be unafraid of doing so.
‘I believe in community involvement and feel privileged to be able to volunteer medical services to the Volunteer Healthcare Clinic’s Urgent Care Clinic.’

Blog
Should your kids be playing in leaf piles?
Playing in leaves carries risks, including mites, molds, insects, and more. While these things can be concerning, it is possible to mitigate them without stopping the fun; Dr. Brynna Connor and several other experts offer advice on how to do so.
How safe is tap water?
Is tap water safe? In some cases, Dr. Connor explains, there could be risks, including lead poisoning, hepatitis, nitrate contamination, and fluoride exposure. These risks are greater for infants, elderly people, and those with weakened immune systems.
What are the effects of not wearing a bra?
According to Dr. Brynna Connor, not wearing a bra may help increase muscle tone by “forc[ing] the muscles in your chest and back to work harder to support your breasts.” Further, going braless could be healthy for your skin. If a bra is not fit properly, it “can cause sweat to build up underneath the breast area, which can cause bacterial or fungal infections,” as well as chafing.
